Hallo ihr Suchenden,
ich ziehe aus und gebe mein schönes WG-Zimmer weiter. Wir leben hier zu dritt auf knapp 90 qm in der Shakespearestraße ganz nah am Bayerischen Bahnhof. Das Zimmer selber ist recht klein, aber gemütlich und zeigt in Richtung Süden. Die hohen Decken lassen den Raum definitiv größer wirken ;)
Es gibt eine kleine, aber gemütliche Dielenküche, die ziemlich umfassend eingerichtet ist und ein geräumiges Bad mit Wanne und Dusche.

Hello all,
I am moving abroad and passing my cozy room on. We live here as three in approximately 90 square meters on Shakespearestraße nearby Bayerischer Bahnhof. The room itself is small, but it's cozy and faces south. The high ceilings make the room feel more spacious and airy ;) There is a small but cozy hallway kitchen at the center of the apartment and spacious bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower.
Die Lage hier ist der Knaller. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es maximal 10 Minuten bis zum Stadtzentrum und dem Hauptcampus, in 5 Minuten direkt an naturwissenschaftlichen Fakultäten und sowieso sind alle Kieze in allen Himmelsrichtungen innerhalb von maximal 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Mit den Öffis ist man auch super angebunden: in 5 Minuten Fußweg ist die Haltestelle Körnerstraße, von der man innerhalb weniger als 10 Minuten am Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz oder Connewitzer Kreuz ist. Dann ist hier auch der Bayerischen Bahnhof mit mehreren S-Bahn- und Tram-Linien und einigen Bussn und selbst die Stationen der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße sind nicht mehr als 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Und du kannst hier auch easy einkaufen: Obst-Gemüse-Läden, Drogerien, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Delikatessen- und Spirituosen-Geschäfte und natürlich Spätis. Alles, was das Herz begehrt.

The location here is great. By bike it takes you 10 minutes max to the city center and main campus, and 5 minutes to the science faculties. Generally, all neighborhoods in all directions are within a maximum of 20 minutes. If you are a fan of public transport, you have several S-Bahn and tram lines and some buses going from Bayerischer Bahnhof that’s only a few minutes away. There’s also the stop Körnerstraße which takes you within 10 minutes to Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz or Connewitzer Kreuz. The Karl-Liebknecht-Straße is also not more than 10 minutes away on foot. And you can shop here easily: fruit-vegetable stores, drugstores, grocery stores, delicacies and liquor stores and of course Spätis... whatever your heart desires.
Christin arbeitet gern und viel und läuft in ihrer Freizeit gerne mal eine Runde um den Block. Sie liebt Olivenöl, Kunst und, neben Kidneybohnen auch die italienische Küche. Wenn sie nicht unterwegs ist oder liest, ist sie gern für ein Pläuschchen in der Küche zu haben.
Lily beginnt im Oktober ihren Master in American Studies an der Uni Leipzig und geht am Wochenende gerne über Flohmärkte, wo sie ab und an alte kaputte Möbel zum Aufbereiten findet. Sie geht gerne ins (open air) Kino oder zu Konzerten, sucht immer nach neuen veganen Restaurants, ist aber auch gerne zuhause. Sie kann ein paar Akkorde auf der Gitarre und dem Klavier spielen, kann aber beides auch ganz leise und unauffällig üben :D

Christin works a lot and enjoys doing so and likes to go for a run run around the block when she comes home. She is a big olive oil fan, art enthusiast and loves Italian cuisine as well as her favourite food, kidney beans. When she's not out and about or reading she is always up for a chat in the kitchen.
Lily is starting her MA in American Studies at Leipzig University this October and loves to go to flea
markets on the weekends where she occasionally finds old broken furniture to refurbish. She likes going to the movies (open air!) and concerts, is always looking for new vegan restaurants but also enjoys staying in. She knwos a few chords on the guitar and the piano but can pracise both instruments quiety :D
Both Lily and Christin speak fluent English and are comfortable with either German or English in the WG.
Die WG wünscht sich eine Person, die längerfristig eine Bleibe sucht (für mindestens ein Jahr) und die mindestens 25 Jahre alt ist, da die Bewohnerinnen 34 und 43 Jahre alt sind.

Die Warmmiete beträgt rund 200 Euro. Dazu kommen noch GEZ, Telefon, Internet und Strom. Das sind auch nochmal knapp 36 Euro.
GESAMTMIETE: 236,41 €
Die Kaution beträgt 273 €
Aber flowen soll es natürlich auch, daher würden wir uns freuen, dir das Zimmer zu zeigen und einen Plausch mit dir zu halten. Wenn du Interesse hast, schreib mir doch bitte eine Mail mit einigen Worten über dich.
Das Zimmer ist ab 09.09.24 frei, nach Absprache evtl. auch schon eher.

We are looking for a person who is looking for a place to stay for the long term (at least for a year) and is already at least 25 years old since the oher roomates are age 34 and 43.
