What is the highest weapon power in Darktide? ›

The max base stats of a Transcendent weapon rating is 380, the additional two tier 4 perks for 25 each and two tier 4 blessings with 60 each. The total max rating of a weapon is 550.

The Daemonhost is considered an Unyielding enemy, so look for weapons with high damage against that type. This means a high base damage, but don't worry too much about Penetration, since it won't matter. Chainswords, Eviscerators, and Chainaxes are usually good selections.

When you reach the venerable level 30 cap and have no more skill points or new weaponry to unlock? Don't fret; it's not time to delete Darktide and move on. Thankfully, plenty of adventures still await you in the underhive of Tertium, and they're all as deadly as the last.

Darktide is an excellent foundation, but for now it's little more than that. It has great combat and spectacular visuals for sure, but it's lacking the heart and soul that made Vermintide 2 so memorable.

Infested enemies specifically include: Pox bursters, Infested Poxwalkers (see Poxwalker category), and Pox Hounds. TL;DR: Maniacs and Infested refer to specific enemies independent from armor classification. Carapace, Flak, Unarmored, and Unyielding damage modifiers do not affect Maniacs and Infested enemies.

Sadly, it's not the endlessly-playable showstopper some had hoped, instead offering a repetitious gameplay cycle made more apparent by slow progression and little mission variation.

After downing a player, they enter an animation in which the player slowly rises into the air and is executed. The only way to stop this is to kill the Daemonhost before it finishes the execution. Successfully killing a Daemonhost awards a penance.

So the rating does matter, but not in the way you think. If you compare a weapon, it has a multitude of stats on them. Damage is only one of the stats. At higher rating there is more "points" placed into each of the stats, but it's a random placement.

Instead of unlocking a new row of feats every 5 levels, you will now be granted one Talent Point for each level you reach, to a maximum of 30 points at level 30. Spending and removing points in the Trees is free, so don't be afraid of trying out different configurations and creating multiple presets!
